Robert L. Steele - Co-Founder, Vice President of Business Development

Bob recently completed a 42-year career in the Christian book and music industry, serving in the retail, distribution and technology sectors. He has held senior management positions with the Spring Arbor division of Ingram Content Group and most recently served as a Business Development consultant with Above the Treeline, a startup book technology firm in Ann Arbor, MI. In 1996, he founded the first internet Christian bookstore, TrinityZone.com, which was sold in 1999 to Crosswalk.com (NASDQ-AMEN). For 15 years in parallel with the book industry work, Bob developed a consulting career, providing organizational development, strategic planning, change management and training services to private, government and not for profit organizations. He is co-founder of RDF Holdings LLC, the creator of the RightDose Pediatric Drug Dosing Guide and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development.

Bob has served on a broad base of book industry committees and associations and was an active member of several book industry standards groups, focused on the use of emerging technology as a tool to improve business practices. Bob served as Executive Administrator for a national group of professional consultants, providing strategic planning services to a variety of denominations and independent churches. He has also held several Board of Directors positions for non-profits and book industry organizations. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for The RightDose Foundation. Bob resides in Franklin, TN.
